Welcome Pastor Mavis Conduff

Mavis Conduff has taken Jason Higley’s place as the new children’s pastor over NCrowd Kids.

Mavis is a very familiar face at North Church! She and her husband Bill, have been attending North Church since 1990. Over the past 10 years, Mavis has been very active in the children's ministry and has written and directed many of the PowerHouse musicals, including the most recent spring musical, The Amazing Grace Race.

This really shouldn’t be surprising, given her background. The youngest daughter of a Pentecostal minister, she graduated from Howard Payne University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Theatre and Mass Communications (or Radio/Television). At the age of 13, Mavis began working in children’s ministry teaching Sunday school and later down the road, led a youth group and worked as a summer youth camp counselor. She was also an elementary teacher at Central Christian School in Austin.

North Church is excited to have her as the new pastor over NCrowd Kids!

Friday Frenzy

On Friday, March 12 from 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m., NCrowd Kids is having another Friday Frenzy! This is a great time for kids to have fun with their friends and for parents to relax and join in the Married Life Happening taking place at the same time. Your children will also participate in a powerful teaching and ministry time where lives are changed and kids often give their hearts to the Lord.

Camp Dry Gulch



Parents! Summer will be here before you know it and with that comes Camp Dry Gulch! Your kids (entering 2nd grade through 7th grade) will have a blast learning about Jesus in an incredible environment filled with wave runners, canoeing, swimming, water slides, go-carts, bumper cars, horseback riding and many other exciting activities. Sign up and pay at the NCrowd information booth upstairs.

Whether in PowerHouse Productions or Studio 56, he or she will grow and flourish in his or her personal relationship with Jesus Christ at NCrowd Kids.
